He did not seek to be served but to serve others, and did so with a quiet diligence and affection that brought joy to countless people. Victor was so special because he treated others as special . His selflessness was remarkable, worthy of emulation, and dare I say, very precious to our Heavenly Father above, with whom, it is my sincere hope, he now resides. His memory is cherished. Heartfelt condolences to his family. He loved you and was very proud of you all.
