OBITUARY
Stephen DeVito, of Queens, NY, passed away on June 28, 2022, after a difficult battle with cancer. He passed peacefully at home surrounded by his closest family.
Steve was born in Flushing, NY on February 8, 1955—the first of three children born to Jack and Joan DeVito. He was a mechanic by trade, most recently completing an over 35-year tenure with the United States Postal Service.
Steve was a competitive bodybuilder for over 15 years, winning multiple first-place championships and receiving accolades for his natural mass-cultivating principles. He was the greatest Packers fan of all time, and in 2017 was finally able to attend their winning opening game at Lambeau Field. Steve loved to be outdoors, enjoying fishing, cabin, and beach trips in the summer, and enjoyed traveling abroad with his wife and youngest children.
Steve is survived by his wife and partner of 24 years Anneta and his children Jennifer, Brandon, and Stephen Roy. He is also survived by his mother Joan, sisters Christine and Donna, and many loving cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and in-laws. He will be remembered as an overwhelmingly kind-hearted, generous, and genuine jokester who always saw the best in others.
