She lived each day with a heart focused on others, always offering her time, care, and encouragement without ever seeking the spotlight for herself. Her warmth and selflessness were constant sources of comfort and strength to her family and friends.
Though her time with us was far too short, her legacy of love, compassion, and generosity will continue to inspire all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.”

I was very sad to hear that you had passed, Sherry. I enjoyed the time we had working together, and the virtual happy hours and check-ins we had during Covid. You never quite made it back to our team, "30", but I always appreciated your willingness to always go the extra mile to try to assist me when I needed to reach out for help. I will miss sharing laughter and stories with you, but I am glad that the pain and struggle of the cancer is far behind you now. My prayers go to your family and the loved ones you left behind, but all my joy and happiness are for you now in eternal life ever after.
I'm saddened by Sherry's passing. When I started working for the Transactional Support Team at Zurich, Sherry trained me on one of our quarterly compliance reports. I got to know her more during Covid when we had regular Teams meetings just to chat and catch up with each other. Sherry was always cheerful and never showed any sign of weakness. She was truly an inspiration for all of us.
I'm leading a Zurich team in San Francisco for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer on October 15th, a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. Even though it is not for lung cancer, I will certainly dedicate my walk in her honor.
May Sherry rest in peace and may eternal light shine…
It is with deep sadness that I learned of Sherry's passing. She was the first person to welcome me to the office, and over the past 19 years, our connection remained strong. Sherry's unwavering support was a source of comfort to me, especially during my wife's recent battle with cancer. I am profoundly grateful for her kindness and the light she brought into my life during some of my darkest moments. Thank you, Sherry, for your warmth, your friendship, and for being a guiding light to so many of us. She will be truly missed.
Sherry was beautiful inside and out. The world got a little darker without her bright light. My love and prayers go to all of you. She loved you all so much and didn't want to leave you. I will miss her.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your kids during this difficult time cuz
...rest in peace Sherry
