My deepest condolences to the Family of Richie Sikes. As a young Police Officer I was assigned to the 105 Precinct after transferring from the 79 Precinct in December 1992, working in the 105 through June 2000. Richie was very welcoming, he was a great Police Officer, Colleague and PBA Delegate. Again, my deepest condolences, Sincerely, Detective James Memisha, Retired, NYPD.

Dear Gerri, Rich, Stacey and girls, words cannot express how sad our family is about DeBichie/Paco. He was a big part of our crazy family. We will miss his humor, advice, expertise, compassion and of course, PacoMagic 🌈📸. His attitude and determination and will to live with his illness was an inspiration to us all. We will cherish all our wonderful memories we have had together. Debichie we love you and will miss you 🩷 Rest In Peace

Love Debbie (DeBichie), Andy and the Epifane family
