To Maureen and the girls, I heard with great sadness of Pat's passing. Such a wonderful father, husband and son. I remember him as always having a smile on his face. Very funny man. God Bless you all. You are in my thoughts and prayers, Nancy and Harry Defendini

My condolences to the Carragee Family. I worked at CDCSA at its inception in 1988 and I

had the pleasure of working with Pat. He was brilliant , a true leader, and was always the funniest person at our meetings. He was able to translate difficult concepts for those of us less technical and can picture him drawing all the complicated flow charts. I am very saddened to hear of his untimely passing.

My respect and condolences to the Carragee family. Pat was one of a kind, he touched all of us in a special way. I worked with Pat for more than ten years at DoITT/Citynet, the best times of my IT career. He was the best " RIP".

I've known Pat since he started at MSK, and while I never worked directly for him we interacted on many projects over the years. I can't remember any time we attended a meeting or worked together that he didn't make me laugh out loud. He made everyone feel comfortable. If there was a problem or issue we were resolving, Pat was the one who would keep everyone focused and calm. He was one of the exceptional leaders that make MSK the great place it is. I can tell you, from speaking with the people that did work for him, that it was my lose that I never had the opportunity to work more closely with him. A truly remarkable, car…

I am at lost for words. Patrick was always there for me when I needed him. He listened to what I have to say and helped me in many ways. I will never forget all the things he's done for me. It was an honor to have worked for him. May he Rest In Peace.
