Although I only knew Mary for a few years she was one of the most kind hearted person I have ever known. She loved all of her animals and the children she had grown to know. I was amazed how she knew every kids name as she crossed them across the street. Over the years we became more friendly and would share jokes and crazy antics of our childhoods. Mary is surely missed. May she rest in peace.
When I use to see her at pick up, she made me think of snow white , all the animals loved her , especially my dog , my dog would jump out of car window to get to mary, she was so sweet and had the squirrels n cats lined up waiting for her . She would tell them to get out of the street and they actually listened to her . She was so friendly. Rest in peace sweet Mary !! My dog violet still looks for mary , when we go for walks by the tunnel , Marys crossing guard station.
I am so very sad

It is so sad to hear about Mary's passing, she was more than a school crossing guard and more like a dear friend. She will be missed.
Dearest Ellen
We will keep you and your family in our prayers. We pray that over time that your tears will become sweet memories of your lifetime with such an amazing sister and friend. She will be missed!
