OBITUARY
Mary Hardy (nee Teague), 94, passed away on January 5th, 2024 in Long Island, New York. Mary was born on March 10, 1929 in Drumreilley, County Leitrim, Ireland and emigrated to New York in 1946.
Mary was devoted to her family and her faith. She was a beloved wife to her late husband John Hardy for 41 years. Mary was a devoted mother to her loving children, Brian (Eileen) Hardy, Maryanne (Kevin) McCarthy, John (Maryellen) Hardy, Christopher Hardy, and the late Jane Hardy. She was a cherished grandmother to her 11 grandchildren Mary McCarthy, Katherine Hardy, Kevin McCarthy, Elizabeth Hardy, Patrick Hardy, Matthew McCarthy, James Hardy, Christopher Hardy, Liam Hardy, Eamon Hardy, and Aileen Hardy. Mary was a dear sister to her siblings who predeceased her, Stephen Teague, James Teague, and Eileen Jordan. She is survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
