A long time neighbor. I grew up with her children. Us kids played together in New Hyde Park and we had a wonderful childhood. I volunteered with Mary at Notre Dame church. I marvel at how gracefully she aged. She was a faithfilled woman and it showed. God blessed her to Iive to 102. May her soul rest in peace and she is home in heaven now . What a wonderful example of a Christian life well lived.

I loved when my family would visit Aunt Mary and Uncle Al and all my cousins. I was overwhelmed but always had so much fun. As an adult I loved speaking with and seeing Aunt Mary and enjoyed our yearly Christmas card communication. So on behalf of my sister Kathy and my brother David, we want to wish all her family and friends comfort and peace at this sad time. She deserves a place in heaven! Marjorie (Cullen) and Tom Melley
My condolences to all those who knew and loved Aunt Mary. I know she was a special part of my husband Dennis's family, and I enjoyed the times I got to spend in her company. May she rest in peace after a long and happy life.
You were the best Aunt ever and I have so many wonderful memories of you while I was growing up. I loved babysitting for the kids whenever you and Uncle Al could enjoy a special night out from time to time. As time went on I got married and moved away, sometimes moving to another state with my Air Force husband and eventually two little girls. But we always did a little catch up with Christmas cards, although it was never the same as being with you. You're an angel in Heaven now. God bless you.
