She was my doctor for many years, and I had absolute faith in her. She would call to give you the results of your blood work up, and I always felt I could reach out to her. I know I will never find another doctor like her again. I really, really miss her, and feel I lost a really special friend.
I just found out almost a year later. I moved to Florida on 2020. Dock Rock kept in touch with me from time to time. She was the best! Both myself and my late wife were her patients for 17 years. I loved her deeply and I am crushed by this news God bless you Marie Elena.

It has felt like so much longer that you have been gone but it hasn't even been a year yet. You are terribly missed every day. This world is definitely a much different place without you.
I still often instinctively think "let me text her, let me ask her..." then remembering the sad reality we are all still dealing with and that this is no longer possible. You are so very missed. <3
