OBITUARY
Lorraine Valenti Grosso, age 69, passed away Thursday, April 9, 2020. She was born in Brooklyn, New York and grew up in Laurelton, Queens. She was a beautician as her first career and later became a student aide at the Willow Road Elementary school where she touched the lives of many children as well as the faculty.
Lorraine was an active member in both her school and community. Despite her hectic schedule, family and friends were her passion and delight. Lorraine is survived by her son Ricky, sister Elaine and many loving relatives and close friends.
Due to current circumstances there will no service and a private burial will be held at St. Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale on Tuesday, April 21, 2020. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at a future date yet to be determined. Her family wishes to extend their sincerest gratitude for the outpour of support and compassion received.

My mom, Mildred Condit know Lorraine for over 50 years.She was my mom's hairdresser frm the time she was 18 until my mom passed in 2019.Lorraine was also my mom's caregiver when my mom got dementia.She was loyal to the end.My mom thought of Lorraine as a daughter.I cannot think of a better person and I am so glad that I got to know Lorraine as well.Thank you so much, dear Lorraine.
Elaine, I'm so sorry to hear about your sister. Remember when she got me the job at cut and curl? She even gave me two uniforms to wear. She was so nice to me and so beautiful inside and out. My deepest condolences
It was always just a simple smile with genuine and kind eyes.
Lorraine you were one of the sweetest ladies I have ever mer. You always came into help me at the front desk of Willow whenever there was an event. Knowing I 'd be crazy. You will certainly be missed
