I worked with Lloyd on the Board of Officers of the Long Island Shields for over 13 years. A great guy who was a great gentleman. I just found out about his passing.......R.I.P. Lloyd......
I worked with Lloyd briefly in the 23rd Precinct in 1982 -- a good man and I enjoyed working with him. May he rest in peace.
