Rest in peace, dear John. Thanks for being such a loving and faithful friend to my brother, Joseph Jordan for so many years. I know you are with each other in heaven

We just heard of you being born to Eternal Life. I am sure there was a thunderous and loving cead mile failte. Dave standing with his Irish walking stick and Jean with her beautiful loving smile. Dave is praying aloud for Jesus to make both his legs the same strength and hoping he told Him the correct leg. Rest in peace John and heartfelt condolences to your family.

Love and God Bless,

Maura & Frank Homan

Rest in peace Uncle John. Thank you for your love and guidance through the years. My favorite memory is meeting you for Michael's memorial mass each St. Patrick's day. I will continue that tradition at my local church.

When I think back to my childhood memories of my Uncle John/my Godfather, I remember how much fun he was to be around, always making us laugh. I thought it was the coolest thing when he walked all the way from New Hyde Park to Commack and we would meet him up at the Mayfair Shopping Center to walk the last mile with him to our house. He called us his "Little Bow Wows" we might have been embarrassed by it sometimes but we definitely loved it and will always remember him for that. As we grew older, whenever we needed prayers answered, we knew we could always count on our Uncle John to bring our request to his Thursday…

I have so many wonderful memories of you. One of my favorites is the day you marched to our house in Commack from your house in New Hyde Park. All of us kids met you and marched the last few blocks with you. We had so much fun. You were always there for us especially when our parents passed away. I'm sure there are lots of people in Heaven that were happy to greet you. God bless you! Tara and family.
