John Lombardo of New Hyde Park, NY on October 2, 2020. Beloved husband of Marie. Loving father of Lisa, Johnny, Debbie & Linda (Lou). Dear brother of Anna, Maria Rosa, Salvatore, Mario & Angela. Cherished grandfather of Michael, Anthony P., Jesse, Matthew, Giana, Anthony G. & Nicholas.

Our deepest sympathies to all the Lombardo Family, Anne Duffy and family
Over the past 43 years that I knew Johnny, I will always remember his prized
vegetable garden and our Connecticut weekends. Also, my special memories
of all our Christmas Eve's together. The excited chatter over the banquet table
that his beloved "Maria" and family prepared. Once Johnny stood up to lead
us in prayer, the 30 plus family members grew silent until after the Buon Appetito
was said. Now depending on the year, your Christmas placecard was either a
little to the left or right. The last couple of years, I had the privilege to sit right
next to Johnny. Ok we were at the older end of the table (haha), but I enjoyed
hearing stories and I admired this…
