I remember her nickname was Butch in customer service. She was okay and not like some of the ropes I worked with.

What a great lady with a heart of gold and a beautiful soul to match. Joanne and I worked together for many years and more recently, I would see posts of hers on Facebook of her lovely kitties and the scrumptious meals she'd make and photograph. The world has lost a beautiful lady, and her treasured pets a lovely mama. May flights of angels take you to your rest.
JoAnn was a kind, cheerful and upbeat individual and she will be missed by her many friends and loved ones. She left us way too soon. May she Rest in Peace.

Dear Jo- my college friend and after. I am at a loss for the words so I will say simply , you were very loved , and kind and funny as heck - we reconnected a few years ago and I am so glad we stayed in touch . Everyone will miss you and I will never forget you. 🌻
