OBITUARY
Joan Pierce, 87, of New Hyde Park, NY, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on February 7, 2022.
She was born on December 19, 1934, daughter of the late Charles and Genevieve Timm. Joan was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.
She is predeceased by her husband, Theodore. She is survived by her son, Gary(Nancy); daughter, Donna Skramko (John); daughter, Linda Meaney (Kevin); son, Scott (Stephanie); son, James(Joanne); son, William (Kristen); son, Christopher(Jennifer); grandchildren, Sean, Kyle, Lauren, Kevin, Tyler, Daniel, Brendan, Ryan(Marissa), Steven, Emma, Thomas, Sara, Jamie, Luke, Alison, Madeline, Greta, Avery and her great-grandson, Ryder.
We are also remembering all of her friends that she made throughout the years and cherished so much. Especially her dear friend John. She had a way of bringing joy to all that knew her. Her love for dance, sailing, travel and enjoying the company of those she loved were her favorite things. She will be missed by so many whose lives she touched.

So deeply saddened at the loss of an amazing mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, mother-in-law and friend to so many. Ted dusted off his dancing shoes and was ready and waiting! Joan, you will surely be missed and never forgotten.
