In Loving Memory of Jesus S. Ortiz
With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Jesus, a devoted father, a tireless provider, and a man whose wisdom, kindness, and unwavering dedication touched the lives of all who knew him. Jesus departed this world on 3/5/2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, resilience, and selfless generosity.
Jesus was a man of great integrity and boundless determination. He worked tirelessly until his final days, not out of obligation but out of love—ensuring that his beloved daughter never went without, that she always had the opportunities he dreamed for her. His sacrifices were made not for recognition but for the joy of seeing his family thrive.
More than his work ethic, it was Jesus’s profound wisdom and willingness to guide others that truly defined him. He possessed an innate ability to offer the right words at the right time, always ready with advice, encouragement, or a lesson drawn from his own experiences. He was a teacher in the truest sense—not just in skill, but in life. Whether mentoring a colleague, passing down knowledge to his daughter, or helping a friend in need, he always took the time to uplift those around him.
His kindness knew no limits. With patience and understanding, he made everyone feel valued and heard, never rushing a conversation or turning away someone in need. He believed that strength was found in gentleness, that true leadership was shown through compassion, and that patience could heal even the most difficult of situations. No matter how busy or burdened he was, he always made time for others—offering not only his wisdom but his heart.
Above all else, Jesus loved his family deeply. He was not only a devoted father but also a caring brother, a cherished uncle, and a pillar of strength for those closest to him. His siblings were not just family but lifelong friends, and he treasured every moment spent with them. His nieces and nephews held a special place in his heart, and he took great pride in guiding, encouraging, and celebrating them at every stage of their lives. Whether through laughter, advice, or a simple reassuring presence, he made sure they always knew they were loved and supported.
A lifelong learner, Jesus approached each day with curiosity and a hunger for knowledge. He believed that growth never ceased and that every challenge was an opportunity to rise higher. His eagerness to learn was matched only by his eagerness to teach, always willing to share what he knew and encourage others to reach their full potential.
Though he has left this world, his legacy endures—in the lessons he imparted, the love he shared, and the indelible mark he left on the hearts of those fortunate enough to know him. His daughter, the pride and joy of his life, carries forward his strength, his dreams, and the profound love he so selflessly gave.
Jesus is survived by his daughter, Kathleen and, his four siblings: Dalmiro, Irma, Gloria, and Fernando. While his absence leaves an immeasurable void, his memory will forever be a guiding force, reminding us to face each day with courage, to work with purpose, to teach with patience, and to love without limits.
The family asks that you honor his memory by embodying the very values he lived by—kindness, determination, wisdom, and the pursuit of lifelong learning.
Rest peacefully, Jesus. Your love, your wisdom, your patience, and your enthusiastic spirit will never be forgotten.

Con profunda tristeza, anunciamos el fallecimiento de Jesús, un padre devoto, un proveedor incansable y un hombre cuya sabiduría, bondad y dedicación inquebrantable tocaron las vidas de todos los que lo conocieron. Jesús partió de este mundo el 5 de marzo de 2025, dejando atrás un legado de amor, resiliencia y generosidad desinteresada.
Jesús fue un hombre de gran integridad y determinación ilimitada. Trabajó incansablemente hasta sus últimos días, no por obligación sino por amor, asegurándose de que su amada hija nunca careciera de nada, que siempre tuviera las oportunidades que él soñaba para ella. Sus sacrificios no fueron hechos por reconocimiento sino por la alegría de ver a su familia prosperar.
Más que su ética de trabajo, fue la profunda sabiduría de Jesús y su voluntad de guiar a otros lo que realmente lo definió. Poseía una habilidad innata para ofrecer las palabras adecuadas en el momento adecuado, siempre listo con un consejo, aliento o una lección extraída de sus propias experiencias. Era un maestro en el sentido más auténtico, no solo en cuanto a sus habilidades, sino también en cuanto a su vida. Ya fuera asesorando a un colega, transmitiendo conocimientos a su hija o ayudando a un amigo necesitado, siempre se tomaba el tiempo para animar a quienes lo rodeaban.
Su bondad no conocía límites. Con paciencia y comprensión, hacía que todos se sintieran valorados y escuchados, sin apresurar nunca una conversación ni rechazar a alguien necesitado. Creía que la fuerza se encuentra en la amabilidad, que el verdadero liderazgo se demuestra a través de la compasión y que la paciencia puede curar incluso las situaciones más difíciles. Sin importar lo ocupado o agobiado que estuviera, siempre se tomaba tiempo para los demás, ofreciendo no solo su sabiduría sino también su corazón.
Por sobre todas las cosas, Jesús amaba profundamente a su familia. No solo era un padre devoto, sino también un hermano cariñoso, un tío querido y un pilar de fortaleza para sus seres más cercanos. Sus hermanos no solo eran familia sino amigos de toda la vida, y atesoraba cada momento que pasaba con ellos. Sus sobrinos y sobrinas ocupaban un lugar especial en su corazón y se enorgullecía de guiarlos, alentarlos y celebrarlos en cada etapa de sus vidas. Ya sea a través de la risa, los consejos o una simple presencia tranquilizadora, se aseguraba de que siempre supieran que eran amados y apoyados.
Jesús, un estudiante de por vida, afrontaba cada día con curiosidad y hambre de conocimiento. Creía que el crecimiento nunca cesaba y que cada desafío era una oportunidad para llegar más alto. Su entusiasmo por aprender solo era igualado por su entusiasmo por enseñar, siempre dispuesto a compartir lo que sabía y alentar a otros a alcanzar su máximo potencial.
Aunque ya no está en este mundo, su legado perdura: en las lecciones que impartió, el amor que compartió y la marca indeleble que dejó en los corazones de quienes tuvieron la suerte de conocerlo. Su hija, el orgullo y la alegría de su vida, lleva adelante su fuerza, sus sueños y el profundo amor que dio tan desinteresadamente.
A Jesús le sobreviven su hija, Kathleen, y sus cuatro hermanos: Dalmiro, Irma, Gloria y Fernando. Aunque su ausencia deja un vacío inmensurable, su recuerdo siempre será una fuerza guía que nos recordará que debemos afrontar cada día con valentía, trabajar con un propósito, enseñar con paciencia y amar sin límites.
La familia le pide que honre su memoria encarnando los mismos valores que él vivió: bondad, determinación, sabiduría y la búsqueda del aprendizaje permanente.
Descansa en paz, Jesús. Tu amor, tu sabiduría, tu paciencia y tu espíritu entusiasta nunca serán olvidados.
