OBITUARY
Jane Cianci, 64, passed away peacefully with her children by her side on October 20, 2021 after a long, brave battle with cancer. Born on December 4, 1956, to Catherine and James Murray she grew up in Flushing, NY. Jane married Henry Cianci in 1981 and they lived in Bayside Hills where they raised their family. She was the pupil accounting secretary at IS 74 in Bayside until her retirement last year.
Jane was a devoted mother, a loving grandmother, an animal lover, a diligent worker and a faithful friend. She will be missed by many. She is survived by her children, Alexandra and her husband, John Serencses, her son Michael and his wife, Melissa, her grandchildren, Amaryllis, Isabelle and Valentina, her brother, Christopher Murray and his wife Laura, and their children Lisa, Matthew, and Thomas, as well as her sister, Anne Murray and her partner John Carmody.
