I had just been speaking of Gene and commending him as to teaching me everything I know about the plumbing trade and business leading to my success. I just looked him up and found this. I'm heartbroken to see the loss of a mentor
So saddened by the passing of Gene , we met in 1986 at Ridin Hy Ranch and our families together.....my great memories will stay with and all laughs....8:30 fast ride and mud slides.....may Our God bless your Family...warm regards.....peace and blessings.....remembering you !!!!!
My Deepest Condolences to the entire Cardoza Family and his extended construction colleagues. He was very special to many and will be remembered has having a lasting impact.
I met Gene a few years ago and I knew he was a man of quality. My dealings with him were always fair. I enjoyed my conversations with him and altho i did not spend a lot of time with him I will miss him. It's my honor to have know this man.

Devastated to hear about Genes passing. I first met him 26 years ago and we hit it off immediately. I am proud to say he was a friend, mentor, gentleman and just all around great guy.
