I loved and respected Arnie. He was my supervisor at JFKIA. He put up with my nonsense. He was also my mechanic when fixing my 1970 Toyota Carola. He was smarter than the average supervisor at Kennedy. Arnie taught me a lot, operationally speaking. I hope Arnie up in Heaven will drill a hole and pull me through. I don't think they'll let me through the gates.
My life changed, all for the good, when I was hired by PPQ and worked under Arnie in Brooklyn. May he Rest In Peace.
Rest in peace my friend. Enjoyed our time together at JFKIA.
Arnold was my OIC when I started the job with the USDA in Brooklyn. Rest in peace.
Arnold hired me for the USDA in 1989 and it is because of him I was able to have such a great career. I am saddened to hear of his passing and would like to send my heartfelt condolences to his family. He was truly a great boss, mentor and an inspiration to people who wanted to learn and rise in their careers. Above is his retirement party that I attended.
