I am truly broken-hearted to hear about this tremendous loss and devastating news.

Arlene was one of a kind.

Arlene was always considered to be my chosen Aunt..since I've had the honor of having her in my life for 41 years of my existence. My mom and Arlene would chat on the phone almost everyday. I used to tell Arlene that I could speak to her for hours! It was always an instant connection when talking to her! Arlene was selfless and had an unconditional love for the people she sounded herself with. She had a big heart, a witty sense of humor, and an infectious smile. She knew exactly how to enter a room and win over complete strangers…

Elizabeth and I have known Arlene for most of our lives. We consider her another sister. When we lost our mother Eileen last year Arlene was at her bedside with us as she took her last breath. We all loved Arlene , especially mommy. From East 8th Street, Avenue M to St Brendan's, Brodie Mountain and Belle Harbor we will keep her alive in our hearts and will always remember the joy and laughter she brought to everyone. Our love to the entire Jordan and Agoglia families 💚. Arlene will be missed.

Lovely, sweet and kind Arlene. Been literally decades since I had seen or spoken to Arlene but I know, i'm not nearly the only person she has left that impression with. Just a positive force to encounter just when it seems you need it. It's true, she had a way of making you feel beautiful. Heartbroken for her family, God speed Arlene, safely in heavens gentle embrace.
