I'm so very sorry to hear about Anne's passing. She was a dear friend of my parents (all proud, active members of VFW Post #8031) and especially to my mother, Ruth Blake. I will always remember her as dynamic, upbeat, and stunning. She was always interested in what I was doing during my college and early career years. I'm grateful for the friendship she brought to my parents over the years. Deepest condolences to Anne's family and friends.
