OBITUARY
RODRIGUEZ – Angela Marie (nee Nunziata), of New Hyde Park, passed away suddenly on June 24, 2020 at the age of 76. Angela, or Angel as she was affectionately called by her family, was born to the late Frank and Josephine Nunziata on January 29, 1944 in Brooklyn, New York. Angela attended Bishop McDonald High School and Hunter College. She enjoyed a successful career in the NYS Courts and retired as a Senior Court Clerk. Angela devoted her life to her loving family and is survived by her husband of nearly 55 years, Thomas; their daughter, Elizabeth; son-in-law, Steven; grandchildren, Roman and Gabriella Angela; brother, Charles, sisters-in-law, Virginia and Lucia; and nieces and nephews, Marianne, Laurie, and John. Visitation will be held at the New Hyde Park Funeral Home on June 29, 2020 from 2-4:30 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Notre Dame R.C. Church on June 30, 2020 at 10:15 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude.

I cannot ever remember a time that Angel did not have a smile on her face. She always seemed to beam sunshine. Rest in Peace.
I loved Angela. We enjoyed each other when she clerked for Judge Dorsa where she thrived. She will be missed by us all. May her memory be for a blessing.
