One of our fondest memories are the 4th of July celebrations at the Vignona's house. Watching Uncle John, Uncle Ben, and Uncle Harry shucking clams and drinking ice cold beers under the shade of a maple tree. All the while, telling stories, jokes, and reminiscing the good old days. It was a classic example of family, food, and summer. God bless Uncle John and the entire Dima family at this sad time.
"Those we love
Don't go away
They walk beside us
every day....
Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed
And very dear."
Thinking of all of the Dima's, spouses and grandchildren at this very sad time. With loving memory of Uncle John.
Many happy times at Sunday dinners at the Dima's or my parents house, back yard BBQs and holiday gatherings. Funny how many were around a table of endless, wonderful food. Heated arguments over where the best Italian bread was baked or how the taste of Schaefer beer changed when they stopped brewing it in NYC.
With Loving thoughts and Laughing memories we invite you all to share you thoughts of our Dad.
Love to you all,
Phyllis, Linda, Joan, Ang & John
