We will always remember Ed for his unwavering devotion to his beloved Kathleen, the unconditional love he had for his children and grandchildren and his magnificent ability to play the bag pipes as if the music was coming from the heavens. After 35 years as your friend and next door neighbor Sharon and we will truly miss you.
My condolences to the family at this time of loss. May the God f all comfort and Father of tender mercies continue to comfort and provide you the strength needed now and also in the days ahead. (2Corinthians 1:3,4; Isaiah 12:2)
Lovely man, met him when I came visiting the late Joe Collins, NYPD Pipe Band, March 1991 (I think), he invited me to play with Innis Fada, for the Parade season, great time with the band, made me very welcome and was well rewarded. Still have his tunes . Very proud of his Irish Heritage. May he rest in peace with all the great pipers and bandspeople. John Moloughney, ex Garda Siochana and Narraghmore Pipe Band, Co. Kildare
So sorry for your loss. Being a friend of Barbara and Hughie and knowing what a wonderful man Hughie is I can only imagine Hughie's brother was just like him. May he rest in peace and may God help your hearts to heal.
An exceptional father, wonderful neighbor, and extraordinary bag piper.
May he Rest In Peace.
