I have had tremendous appreciation and respect for Mr. Barbieri through all our years in New Hyde Park. Having raised three sons and going through a difficult time in the school district, he was a tremendous inspiration to me. Watching his motivation and determination, cruising all over NHP in his wheelchair to make life here better for the rest of us shows the remarkable man he was. My sincere condolences to his family....his presence was a gift to this community and his absence will leave an unfillable void. God speed Ronnie
Village Hall will never be the same without our beloved Donnie. May we all find comfort in that his spirit, accomplishments and love touched all our lives for so many years..
