OBITUARY Hazel, Richard of Mineola, N.Y. on April 3rd, 2017. Beloved father, grandfather and brother. Cherished uncle and friend to many. Dick loved spending time with family and friends, he loved to golf, and was a member of the doo-wop group Double O 4 who sang the theme song for the 1964 World's Fair. He also devoted much of his time coaching his children's soccer and baseball teams for many years. A Memorial Gathering will be held at the New Hyde Park FH, 506 Lakeville Rd., New Hyde Park, NY on Sunday 2-6PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ASPCA. www.nhpfh.com.
