OBITUARY
Travis Tyrell Thomas was the loving partner to Rick Abraham for 17 ½ years and an amazing friend to the hundreds of lives he has touched. We will all miss Travis’ beautiful smile and his beautiful and caring soul. On Saturday, February 18th, we will celebrate Travis’ amazing life with music, gossip and our fond & hilarious memories of dear partner and friend. The Service will be held at the New Hyde Park Funeral Home from 10:30am to noon. Travis has requested, no black, no suits. Cocktail Party Attire, White Party Attire, Club Travis Attire. In lieu of flowers, your contributions to Travis’ account are greatly appreciated. Travis’ sudden passing has been astonishing to us all. We are all grateful for the lives he has touched. Until we meet again, may Travis rest in peace forever. Immediately following our celebration of Travis, we are hosting a T THREE CLUB TRAVIS CHAMPAGNE PARTY BRUNCH. Details will be announced at the service.

To Rick, and all of Travis' family and many loved ones - what can we possibly say at such a time. We knew Travis as a beacon of energy, joy, any warmth, and I can't find the right words to describe how we felt when we heard of his passing. Somewhere between heartbreaking and loss. It is comforting to know that, both then and now, he was and is surrounded by those who love him and whom he loved the most. Our deepest condolences. Love, Kyle and Stephanie
I was so very saddened to learn of Travis' passing. What a wonderful guy! Everyone who knew him loved him...was always such a kind, funny and good friend. Couldn't
ask for more! I will truly miss him and remember all the fond memories we had along the way at Purchase. I am especially praying for all of his family

Travis, you were an amazing person and left your glitter in the world wherever you went. You had such a joie de vivre and it was infectious! Anyone who spent any time with you couldn't help but have a smile on their face (and usuallly a full tummy). And the love you and Rick have for each other is so genuine and true. Our heartfelt condolences...we are so very sorry to hear about Travis' sudden passing. There are so many wonderful memories of the fun gatherings at your house and how great a cook he was. May he Rest In Peace, we will miss him dearly.
